Est DOB: 06/17/12 Shelby is a gorgeous American Pit Bull Terrier who is ready to prove to everyone how sweet this breed can be! She was rescued with her puppy (who has not found her forever home) and now lives in a foster home with other dogs, children and a cat. Shelby does think the cat is fun to chase so she is looking for a home where there is none of them to play with !! She is great with the other dogs and the children in her foster home and her foster mom has nothing but good words to say about her. Shelby is heartworm positive, but please do not rule her out because of this. She is on a treatment approach which is not as hard on the dog as the one you may have heard of and we will provide medication for this for FREE ! We would love for this wonderful girl to find the forever home she deserves and look forward to hearing from you soon ! $125 adoption fee covers spay/neuter surgery, heartworm test (in dogs over 6 months of age), core vaccinations, rabies vaccination, wormer, flea and heartworm prevention while the dog is in our care.
